All of the weekend’s results have now been submitted to the ASA and will be aviable for viewing from 20 July.
There were quite a few items of lost property found on the swimmers deck at the end of the weekend. It has all been left at Queen’s Park reception (01246 345559) if there are any queries.

With reference to withdrawals prior to next weekend’s meet. Please email openmeet@chesterfieldsc.co.uk and provide event number, event name, swimme’rs number (as per meet sheet, click here) and swimmer’s name. Withdrawals on the day must be given before the start of the warm-up and the same details provided. Please note no refunds will be given.
6 July
For information, although there is plenty of parking available at the venue it is not free. Saturday charges are 50p for up to 2hrs, £2.50 for up to 4hrs and £5 for 4hrs or more (traffic wardens do visit them frequently). There is no change given so please bring plenty of coins. On Sunday the charge is 50p all day (charges apply from 8.00am to 6.00pm). There is some street parking around the venue but it is time limited.
Club Shop -
Returning for the 4th year is the successful Chesterfield Gala Shop.
This has proved very popular with our visitors as it is well stocked with swimmers in mind.
Training gear, latest costumes and range of fastskins are all available. Payment by cash or cheque, sorry we cannot accept credit cards.
Queen’s Park Sports Centre has a cafe on the first floor which will be open throughout the meet serving hot and cold food and drinks including pasta, baked potatoes and sports drinks. Vending machines are also available on site.

Electronic Entry Notes
Our preferred method of entry is via the Sportsystems Entry Manager, all entries submitted this way are charged at £4/event Manual entries will be accepted but the charge per entry is £4.50
We would also hope that clubs sending multiple entries would also be able to provide a number of minor officials. Please remember to include the officials form with your entries.

IMPORTANT
Please try and process ALL your club’s entries before submission. The software will generate the required electronic entry file and then you will be able to create a paper entry report (Note: a separate one is generated for boys and girls) which you must send with your completed entry form.
The electronic entry file should be emailed to openmeet@chesterfieldsc.co.uk and copied to galas@chesterfieldsc.co.uk. All electronic entries will be acknowledged so if you do not receive one please contact us without delay. The paper reports together with entry fees are to be sent to Chesterfield Swimming Club, PO Box 411, West Bars, Chesterfield S40 4WN (please mark your envelope Summer Splash 2011). If you send in a manual entry and require an acknowledgement of receipt please indicate this on the entry form and ensure that an email address is provided.
