Warm-up commences at 5.45pm (The time between 5.00pm and 5.45pm is used to set up the pool with the electronic timing and to ensure the start lists are prepared and circulated)
Note: If you wish to withdraw a swimmer please contact Gerry by emailing gerry@chesterfieldsc.co.uk before 4.00pm on the day of the event giving the name of the swimmer and event they are withdrawing from.

5.45 - 6.00 Lane 1 - Sharks only
5.45 - 6.00 Lanes 2-4 - general warm-up
5.45 - 5.55 Lanes 5 & 6 - general warm-up
5.55 - 6.00 Lanes 5 & 6 - dive starts
Girls warm-up
6.00 - 6.15 Lane 1 - Sharks only
6.00 - 6.15 Lanes 2-4 - general warm-up
6.00 - 6.10 Lanes 5 & 6 - general warm-up
6.10 - 6.15 Lanes 5 & 6 - dive starts
Events start at 6.20pm
