There are no sessions for County or Academy Squads this Saturday AM (28th October). All swimmers in both squads should be racing at Matlock at the Ghaul in the Pool Open Meet. Any swimmers not competing that wish to train with National and Regional Squads 05:45 - 07:30 are welcome to do so.
