Please find attached entry details for the Long Eaton Distance Meet on Sunday 21st October. This should be entered by all swimmers according to the details below:

National Squad - As directed by Mark

Junior National Squad - 1500m and/or 800m Freestyle

Regional Squad - 1500m and/or 800m Freestyle

County Squad - 800m Freestyle

Please complete the entry form fully and return with details of payment to the club post box no later than 7:15am on Monday 10th September, any entry forms received after this will not be processed.
