Please find below entry information for the City of Leeds Open Meet which we will be competing at on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th October.
This competition should be entered by ALL swimmers in National, Junior National, Regional and County Squads that are eligible to do so. Academy swimmers who are eligible and wish to enter are also encouraged to do so.
Please pre-select events you wish to enter and take your form to a coach, they may make some alterations through discussion with you or will simply approve and sign your entry form.
Please post completed entry forms with details of payment in the club postbox next to the noticeboard at Queen's Park.
All entries must be in by Sunday 23rd September. No late entries will be accepted. No un-signed entry forms will be accepted.
This is another great opportunity to have the whole club competing together so please get your entries in.
