Please find below entry information for DASA Long Course Championships which will be held on Sunday 9th December at Ponds Forge in Sheffield.
This competition should be entered by all swimmers in all squads that are eligible (except those competing at the City of Leicester Open Meet).
Please pre-select events you wish to enter and take your form to a coach, they may make some alterations through discussion with you or will simply approve and sign your entry form. All swimmers should enter all four 50m events. Please note that the 100m and 200m events have qualifying times which must be achieved to enter.
Please post completed entry forms with details of payment in the club postbox next to the noticeboard at Queen's Park.
All entries must be in by Friday 9th November. No late entries will be accepted. No un-signed entry forms will be accepted.
