Due to the high number of swimmers competing at DASA Sprints on Sunday we will run just one session for all swimmers in Academy, County, Regional, Club & Masters from 17:00 until 18:30.

The session will involve lots of short sprints so that it is easy to manage with such a range of swimmers so bring your speedy arms and legs!!
