What to expect on Sunday at DASA Sprints


If you have not been to a competition before or you have not been to Ponds Forge before then Alana is running a meeting tomorrow morning at 8:30am to fill you in on what to expect and where to go etc.

The meeting will run straight after swimming finishes for County Squad and Academy so ask your swimmers to get changed super quick as it is important that they hear it as well.

The meeting will hopefully be in one of the classrooms but if not we will make sure everyone knows where to go.

If you already have some experience of competitions then you don't have to attend.
