We have tried to make these schedules as easy as possible for swimmers and parents to:
1. Enjoy the Christmas holiday.
2. Have a mid-season break while maintaining all the hard work swimmers have done until this point.
3. Allow everyone to get longer sleeps.
However, we are limited by what our pool providers are able to give us. Any problems please speak with your coach so that we can look at potential alternatives.
For all Club Swimming and Academy squads the last day of training will be Friday 21st December. All normal training will resume on Monday 7th January 2019.
