Please find below the entry form and entry information for the DX Short Course Level 3 competition to be held at Matlock on Saturday 7th and Sunday 8th October 2017.
This competition is the first of the season and important for swimmers to attend for the chance to post times to be used as entry times for the County Championships later in the season. If swimmers do not have qualifying times recorded on their ASA rankings they will be unable to enter the County Championships.
This competition should be entered by ALL swimmers in Regional, County and Academy squads, swimmers from Junior Club, Club and Masters squads are also invited to enter.
All forms should be completed in full and returned, along with payment by Sunday 6th August. Forms should be placed in named envelopes and then in the post box at Queen's Park. NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
